Registeration

As a patient, the first contact you have is with the registration. In order to be able to start diagnostics and therapy at all, registration is absolutely necessary. The employees record the patient's data, the relatives' data, create a file, communicate with the nursing staff and the doctors in the emergency room about the new registrations, and close the files again after treatment has been completed. They call general practitioners, emergency services, relatives and patients and are also the contact persons for all minor and major problems relating to emergency treatment.
